How To: Watch Your Favorite TV Shows Online

If you know where to look, you can find pretty much anything you want on the internet. TV shows? No problem.
Below is a list of, what I think to be, the best free (and legal) websites where you can watch your favorite TV shows.
Hulu
Hulu is probably one of the most popular TV streaming sites currently on the net, not to mention, my personal favorite. Hulu's clean interface and wide-variety of shows make it great for watching TV shows, as well as movies. Episodes are usually posted a day or so after airing (with a few exceptions of course.)
Shows Available: Family Guy, Trauma, Lost, Bones, Fringe, SNL, The Office, Justified, Modern Family, Arrested Development, The Simpsons, 30 Rock, Human Target, Chuck, House, 24, Cops, Heroes, In Plain Sight, The Biggest Loser, and hundreds of others.

ABC
ABC's full episode player is a great place to catch up on your favorite ABC shows. ABC posts many of their shows in full-HD, so if you have a device that supports HD video-playback, I would strongly recommend you check this site out. ABC usually posts episodes the day after they air.
Shows Available: Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Ugly Betty, V, Flash Forward, Dancing With the Stars, Castle, Private Practice, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and Modern Family.

CBS
CBS's full episode player is a great place to catch up on your favorite CBS shows. CBS usually posts episodes the day after they air.
Shows Available: CSI, CSI Miami, CSI New York, Flashpoint, Undercover Boss, Big Brother, Numb3rs, and How I Met Your Mother.
Cost: Free
Quality: Pretty Good
NBC
NBC's full episode player is a great place to catch up on your favorite NBC shows. NBC usually posts episodes the day after they air.
Shows Available: The Office, 30 Rock, Chuck, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Trauma, Parenthood, Parks and Recreation, and Heroes.

Netflix
If you're a Netflix subscriber then you probably know about Netflix's "Watch Instantly" feature. This allows you to watch entire seasons of your favorite shows whenever you want, for free (if you're a subscriber.)
Shows Available: Top Gear, Rescue Me, Robin Hood, Lost, Man vs. Wild, Mythbusters, Heroes, Sparticus, South Park, The Tudors, Lost, SNL, The Office, LA Ink, Future Weapons, 30 Rock, Weeds, Californication, Dr. Who, Fight Quest, and hundreds more.
